Karan Yadav has been appointed Head of Talent Acquisition – India & Poland at AXA XL. In this new role, he will spearhead AXA XL’s talent agenda across two key geographies.
Karan previously served as Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Wells Fargo, where he led end-to-end hiring of senior technologists and digital leaders across AMEA, APAC, the UK, and the US. In that role, he managed a team of recruiters while also practicing a consultative, data-driven approach to talent acquisition, building strong partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders.
With over 19 years of global experience across the US, Canada, and India, Karan has built strong expertise in integration, screening, and technical recruiting across diverse domains and industries. He is also deeply passionate about inclusion and diversity and plays an active role in driving global programs to advance this charter at scale.
Karan has previously led senior talent acquisition functions at Nokia, SOTI, ZS Associates (ZS), and Wipro, managing hiring across APAC, MEA, Europe, and the US. He began his career with Pyramid Consulting, Inc., where he gained cross-industry and global exposure, eventually establishing himself as a global recruitment evangelist.
