He previously served as Group Manager – Talent Acquisition at VWITS and brings over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and Global Talent Acquisition.
Rohan has honed deep expertise in hiring strategies, workforce planning, process mapping, automation, and leadership across multiple geographies, including India, Asia Pacific, Europe, and the United States. He has also worked with leading organizations such as Tata Technologies, CompuCom, Patni Computer Systems, and Tech Mahindra. His cross-industry experience spans automotive, banking, healthcare, and digital technology, equipping him to navigate diverse cultures and business needs. He is particularly skilled at building scalable talent pipelines to meet the evolving demands of dynamic industries.
