Involt Energy has appointed Satish Beniwal as Human Resources (HR) Head.

In his new role, Beniwal will focus on driving people-centred leadership and establishing strong, People-First HR practices. Through these practices, he aims to empower teams, nurture a culture of trust, and strategically align talent with business goals.
Before he joined Involt Energy, Beniwal had been a part of Aarti Industries for over six years. He became a part of the company in May 2019 as a Manager – HR and Administration. In July 2021, Beniwal was given the position of Lead/Senior Manager – HR and Administration. This was followed by his appointment as Lead/Chief Manager – HR and Administration.
Beniwal was also associated with Reliance Industries for over seven years. He started as Executive – Support Services in July 2011 and retained the position until July 2016. From July 2016 to May 2018, Beniwal was Manager – Support Services in Nagothane. In June 2018, he moved to the Dahej office, still working as Manager – Support Services, until May 2019.
Additionally, Beniwal worked for Basix from June 2010 to June 2011 as Executive – Operations. He has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Forestry and Environment Management + Marketing from Sam Higginbottom University of Agriculture, Technology and Sciences (SHUATS).
