Trading Technologies Appoints Yogesh Ramdasani as Director – People Strategy and Operation, Asia Pacific

Trading Technologies has appointed Yogesh Ramdasani as Director – People Strategy and Operation, Asia Pacific.

In his new role, Ramdasani will lead strategic HR initiatives that align talent, systems, and processes with business growth across diverse markets. He will focus on driving organisational agility, enhancing employee experience, and building scalable people operations that support innovation and performance.

Ramdasani was affiliated with the Adani Group for about 14 years. He started working at Adani Ports and SEZ in June 2011 as Associate Manager – Corporate Human Resources, a role he held until March 2016. In April 2016, Ramdasani became Associate Manager, Group Human Resources Team for the Adani Group and was then appointed as Associate Manager, Group HR Technology Team in April 2018.

From October 2019 to July 2024, Ramdasani was the Head of Human Resources for Adani Total Private Limited. Following that, he became Lead – Human Resources and Administration for Adani Enterprises and worked at this position until July 2025.

In the past, Ramdasani has also been affiliated with Alstom Power, Netafirm Irrigation, and Indian Farmers Fertiliser Coop. He has completed the Management Development Program in Human Resources Management from Symbiosis Centre For Management and Human Resource Development. Ramdasani also has a Masters of Human Resources Management from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda.
