New Consolidated Construction Company Limited (NCCCL) has appointed Ajay Singh Pardeshi as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

Pardeshi has an extensive background in HR operations and has contributed to numerous organisations over the years. In June 2025, he took up the role of Consultant – Administration, Security, IR and Labour Resource for Sanchay Enterprise. He also became General Manager of Administration in July 2012.
Before NCCCL, Pardeshi was a part of Capacit’e Infraprojects. He joined the company in April 2018 and worked there as a Head of Corporate Affairs – Admin, IR & Labour Resource until his recent appointment. From June 2008 to January 2010, Pardeshi was Assistant Manager of Administration for Zoom Developers.
In the past, Pardeshi was also associated with Unisource, working there as a Senior Executive from August 2007 to June 2008. He was also a part of Wipro BPO from September 2005 to August 2007 as an Assignment Manager.
An alumnus of Jaipur National University, Pardeshi has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. He also has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Mumbai.
