IntraEdge Appoints Antra Virmani as Chief People Officer

IntraEdge has appointed Antra Virmani as Chief People Officer.

“I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Chief People Officer at IntraEdge!” Virmani shared on LinkedIn. In her new position, Virmani will focus on the company’s people operations, partner with business leaders, and enhance employee experience through a culture of collaboration and inclusion.

With more than 18 years of experience, Virmani is known for driving global change management initiatives in people’s space with a key focus on Performance Management and Compensation. As an HR leader over the years, she has helped shape the strategic and operational thinking of employees. Virmani’s areas of expertise include performance management, compensation and benefits, HR policies formation, talent business partnership, OKRs, learning and development, recruitment, and employee engagement.

Prior to joining IntraEdge, Virmani was a part of Thoughtworks for over 4 years. She joined the company in May 2021 as India Lead for Talent Business Partner. In March 2022, Virmani was elevated to Head of People Experience, which was followed by her switch to Head of People Experience, Principal Associate. Virmani then became Head of People for India & Middle East, Director in April 2024, a position she retained until August 2025.

From February 2021 to May 2021, Virmani served as Vice President, Human Resources. Before that, she was associated with Tavisca for over nine years, starting in July 2011 as Manager of HR. In April 2017, Virmani became Head of HR and was then elevated to Director of HR in May 2020.

In the past, Virmani was also associated with Calibre Scan HR Services and Performix as an HR Consultant (November 2008 to November 2009) and an HR Executive (May 2007 to April 2008), respectively.
