Shikhar Singh has been appointed Chief Human Resource Officer at Faclon Labs, a fast-growing deep-tech startup leveraging IoT and SaaS to make infrastructure and utilities smarter. He announced the move in a social media post:
“We are driving and enabling businesses with innovation through deep technologies and AI, and we have just started! With a team of 170 (and counting) brilliant folks, we are on a mission to make every organisation more efficient and a lot more smarter! We are hiring across departments and levels! So yeah, official update, I have joined Faclon Labs as the CHRO and am already enjoying the grind! Feels super good to be back to the startup agility and work with the brilliant Founders like Rishi Utkarsh and Archit! Now that I am in Mumbai, looking forward to connect with the HR fraternity here.”
Before this appointment, Shikhar served as India Lead, Talent & Culture at CG Infinity, where he oversaw all aspects of culture and talent for the company’s India GCC operations.
Shikhar brings over seven years of experience, having worked with well-known organizations such as Cutshort, Sociowash, GigIndia, Grappus, and Cyber Group. He enjoys building from the ground up, whether it’s stories, processes, strategies, performances, or teams. As an HR professional, he is passionate about learning and debunking myths surrounding Human Resources.
Academically, he earned his BCom from Delhi University in 2018. Shikhar has also completed around 18 certifications across performance management, talent management, compensation and benefits, employer branding, diversity & inclusion, and recruitment. He is also a certified US recruiter, a role that marked the start of his HR career.
