Tata Technologies has appointed Nandini Pai as Head HR Business Partnering (APAC) and Culture.
In her new role, Pai will be responsible for driving business partnerships, leading team and change management initiatives, and shaping cultural transformation across the APAC region, aligning people strategy with the company’s bold vision for innovation and growth.
Prior to her current position, Pai had been working with Tata Motors as Deputy General Manager – Talent Management and Culture, having started in October 2021. From August 2018 to October 2021, she worked with Edelweiss Financial Services as HR Business Partner, Campus and Talent Management.
Pai was affiliated with Yes Bank for two years, having worked there as Vice President – University Relations and Employer Branding from July 2016 to July 2018. She also worked as a Consultant for The Whiteboard.Company from February 2016 to June 2016.
In February 2014, Pai joined Mobilart Mobility Solutions as Associate Vice President, Digital Business Growth, and worked there until December 2015. She was also associated with Indus Balaji from August 2011 to January 2014 as Senior Manager, Marketing. From March 2008 to February 2011, Pai worked as Assistant Manager, Marketing and Advertising for Cox & Kings.
