Quince has appointed Romy Dutt as Head of Talent, Asia-Pacific region (APAC).

Prior to joining Quince, Dutt had been a part of Flipkart for well over 14 years. She joined the e-commerce giant in October 2010 as a Senior Recruiter.
In January 2012, Dutt started to work as Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition and then became Manager – Talent Acquisition in January 2014.
From January 2015 to December 2015, Dutt served as Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition at Flipkart. She was then appointed as Associate Director of Talent Acquisition (TA) in January 2016, serving as a leader for the commerce business and as an HR Business Partner for the Central Planning team.
Dutt’s role as Associate Director Talent Acquisition expanded in October 2016 as she oversaw TA operations for commerce business, product, fintech, corporate and new businesses/new initiatives at all levels. In October 2019, Dutt took up the position of Director of Talent Acquisition, with her role expanding further in February 2022.
In the past, Dutt worked with Pinnacle Manpower Services as Lead – Recruitment(Branch Head) from September 2008 to 2010. She was also associated with Safeexpress from January 2007 to September 2008 as Assistant Manager – HR. Her past associations include Ma Foi Randstad and iGATE.
