Neetha also holds a proven track record in driving HR automation, transforming talent acquisition processes, and cultivating strong workplace cultures.
Prior to joining Aria Holding, Neetha headed HR at Rossari Biotech and held leadership roles as Head of People Function at both HYPHEN and mCaffeine. In these roles, she played a key part in driving strategic HR initiatives, strengthening employer branding, and advancing diversity and inclusion. Neetha has also been associated with LogiNext, Unlimit – a Reliance Group company, Qatar Museums, Qatar Foundation, and Weatherford.
