BNP Paribas has appointed Hiral Sonpal as Vice President – Talent Acquisition.

Sonpal has over ten years of experience in recruiting and talent management. In the past, she has had the opportunity to hire for investment banking operations, finance, fund services, tax, audit, administration, and capital markets. Always eager to learn, Sonpl always looks forward to new challenges and the opportunities that come along with them.
Before BNP Paribas, Sonpal was a part of Citi India’s Human Resources (HR) team. She joined the company in March 2022, working with them until June 2025. From January 2020 to March 2022, Sonpal was with the HR department of Nomura.
In October 2010, Sonpal joined Morgan Stanley’s HR team and stayed there until May 2018. She was also associated with Ru Consultancy as an Executive from August 2008 to June 2010.
