Lenovo has elevated Yogesh Singhania to the role of Director, Global HR Services. Since joining the company in 2015 as an HR Analytics and Metrics Consultant, Yogesh has held key positions including Senior Manager – Global HR Services and Head of Global People Analytics.
In his new role, Yogesh will lead the Global HR Service Delivery team, overseeing end-to-end HR operations with a focus on compliance, data privacy, and delivering a consistent employee experience across regions. His team will be responsible for critical functions such as onboarding, offboarding, employee data management, and case resolution, with an emphasis on operational excellence and service quality.
He will collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, Payroll, and IT teams to drive process optimization, automation, and digital transformation initiatives aimed at boosting efficiency and scalability.
Prior to Lenovo, Yogesh worked with IBM and Infosys, bringing a strong foundation in HR operations and SAP ABAP development. He holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and is recognized for his expertise in:
