Santosh Khandoba has joined HARMAN International as Director – HR Service Delivery, where he will oversee HR operations with a focus on driving operational excellence, enhancing employee experience, and enabling large-scale HR transformation.
With a distinguished career spanning over two decades, Santosh brings deep expertise in driving HR transformation and establishing strong HR frameworks across diverse markets, including India, APAC, EMEA, and LATAM. In this new role at HARMAN, he will channel his passion for service delivery, global HR helpdesk operations, and developing high-performing global capability centers.
Before joining HARMAN International, Santosh served as Director – HR Service Delivery, APAC at Kantar, where he partnered with executive leadership to drive strategic initiatives across the region. He played a key advisory role to country leaders on evolving talent strategies, aligning them with global frameworks, and leading successful programs in performance management, learning, and employee experience enhancement throughout APAC. He has also held pivotal roles at Accenture, Genysis, and IMI CCI, where he spearheaded initiatives in shared services, automation, compliance, and digital HR innovation.
