Rahul Gangwani has been promoted to Director – HR & India Business Unit Head (Domestic Staffing) at TalentBridge. With over 15 years of experience, Rahul brings a unique blend of creative thinking and analytical expertise. He has consistently championed agile HR strategies and driven people-first growth across the talent ecosystem.
Before joining TalentBridge, Rahul served as Senior Manager – Training and Talent Acquisition at LeadStack Inc., where he focused on hiring the right talent and preparing them for long-term success. Earlier in his career, he was Manager – HR Functions at VARITE, a global IT services firm delivering software consulting and team augmentation solutions to Fortune 100 companies across the USA, UK, Canada, and India. He also held the role of Business Excellence Manager at DISYS. Rahul holds a Master’s degree in International Business from NMIMS and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from H.L. Institute of Commerce.
