Jaspreet Negi has been appointed as HR Director – India at Brevan Howard, a leading global alternative investment management firm. This marks a significant milestone in her distinguished HR career.

Based in Pune, Jaspreet brings over 18 years of deep expertise in aligning human resource strategies with core business and financial goals, positioning her as a strategic partner in driving organisational growth. Her focus areas include strategic hiring, talent retention, and leadership development, with a strong emphasis on succession planning and talent management to build a high-performing workforce.

Prior to joining Brevan Howard, Jaspreet served as Director, Head of HR & Admin at ATA, where she was responsible for aligning HR strategies with business objectives and managing the entire employee lifecycle. Her role included focus on talent management, employee relations, and HR data analytics.

Previously, she worked at CLSA as Senior Human Resources Business Partner and IC Presiding Officer, where she focused on employee engagement and compensation. Her earlier experience includes key HR roles such as Assistant Vice President and Associate at Deutsche Bank, HR Manager at Tata Teleservices Ltd, and Business HR Corporate Trainer at Infosys BPM.

Jaspreet holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management (PGCHRM) from XLRI Jamshedpur, and a bachelor’s degree in biology from Jiwaji University.

Jaspreet also took to LinkedIn to share the news of her new role. Expressing her enthusiasm, she wrote:
