Cholamandalam MS General Insurance has appointed Sachin Rastogi as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

With over 25 years of experience, Rastogi has overseen HR operations in various industries, such as finance, automotive, manufacturing, and consulting. His expertise in strategy, HR business partnering, talent management, and fostering positive workplace cultures has made him a valuable contributor to the workplace.
Before Cholamandalam MS General Insurance, Rastogi was a part of PNB MetLife India Insurance for over 11 years. He joined the company in December 2013 as Associate Director – Human Resources. In July 2020, he was made the Director of Distribution HR, followed by his appointment as Director Corporate of HR and Employee Experience in May 2023.
From September 2010 to December 2013, Rastogi worked with Bharti AXA Life Insurance. He started off as Assistant Vice President of Human Resources and was then elevated to Vice President of Human Resources in April 2013.
Rastogi worked as Head – Corporate HR for Deutsche Postbank Home Finance from October 2005 to September 2010. He also served as Assistant Manager of HR from May 2003 to September 2005 at Hyundai Motor India. His past workplaces include Tecumseh Products Company and i-maritime Consultancy.
