Beauty brand Good Glamm Group has delayed employee salaries once more.
As per the Economic Times, the Good Glamm Group has informed its employees in May 2025 that it would be distributing its salary for April and May together in June 2025. However, the employees have apparently yet to receive the promised amount, and the company has not shared any communication about the same. At this time, Good Glamm Group is struggling with a cash crunch and is trying to raise funds even at a marked-down valuation.
The company has also delayed paying the full and final settlements to its former employees, increasing the financial strain on those associated with Good Glamm Group. According to what employees have shared, the delay in salaries and settlements is likely linked to the delay in funding, as the company had expected the money in January 2025 but has yet to receive it.
Recently, the Good Glamm Group has been making some significant changes when it comes to its subsidiaries, which is believed to be a way to decrease its spending. This includes selling back the feminine hygiene brand Sirona to its founders in February 2025 and the sale of ScoopWhoop to Wubba Lubba Dub Dub (WLDD). Reports suggest that the company is also contemplating selling back its shares in Organic Harvest to the owners.
