Volvo Group has appointed Deepak Prateek Singh as Head of Talent Management and Organizational Development.
“I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Head of Talent Management and Organizational Development for Volvo Group, India at Volvo Group!” Singh shared on India.
Prior to joining Volvo Group, Singh was a part of Accenture for eight years. He started working for the company as a full-time employee in June 2017 as a TAP HR Specialist – Recruitment. In September, he was appointed as TAP HR Specialist – Accenture Strategy – Human Resource Strategy and Transformation (T&O). This was followed by his ascension to TAP HR Specialist – Recruitment – Capability Network (Accenture Strategy) in February 2018.
In May 2018, Singh took up the role of TAP HR Specialist – Recruitment – Accenture B- School at Accenture. He then became TAP HR Specialist – Accenture Ventures (Startup Incubation Ecosystem) in February 2019, and TAP HR Specialist – Recruitment – Argentina (Buenos Aires) in June 2019. Singh became Lead – Learning and Leadership Development in September 2019 and Lead – Total Rewards in August 2020.
From May 2022, Singh served as Lead – Talent Strategy at Accenture. He was appointed Assistant Vice President – Lead Talent Strategy & People Operations – S&C GN – (Data and AI – India) in December 2022. Throughout his time with Accenture, Singh worked on revamping various talent acquisition strategies and even utilised data analytics and AI to enhance the company’s operations.
