Berkadia appoints Anukulya Panda as Vice President- Human Resources

Berkadia has elevated Anukulya Panda to Vice President- Human Resources.

“I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Vice President- Human Resources at Berkadia!” Panda shared on LinkedIn.

Panda has been a part of Berkadia for nine years. She joined the company in June 2016 as Assistant Manager II – Learning and Development. In February 2017, she became Manager- Learning and Development, followed by her appointment as Senior Manager in February 2019. Prior to her current promotion, Panda was working as Assistant Vice President of Human Resources, a role she obtained in August 2022.

With over 15 years of experience, Panda is an expert in employee engagement, learning and development, performance management, succession planning, and retention. Working alongside senior leaders in her company, she is known for aligning HR policies with global processes and identifying concern areas from India’s perspective. She is also well-versed in working on matters pertaining to employee relations.

Before Berkadia, Panda had been a part of Cigniti Technologies. From April 2015 to June 2016, she was with the company as Assistant Manager- Global Learning and Development. Panda also spent over nine years with Cyient. She started with the company as Senior Design Engineer in February 2006, before becoming Senior HR Executive in July 2010, a role she held on to until February 2015.

Panda has completed the Executive Development Program in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur. Additionally, she also pursued the Executive Leadership Program for Women at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. The new VP holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HR, having obtained the degree from Mahatma Gandhi University.
