NuSummit appoints Vidya Thakur as CHRO

NuSummit has appointed Vidya Thakur as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

With over three decades of Hr experience across multiple industries, Thakur has designed and implemented numerous people strategies that drive transformation, build high-trust cultures, and nurture inclusive leadership. In her new role at NuSummit, she will oversee the company’s global people agenda, talent acquisition strategy, employee experience, diversity and inclusion, leadership evolution, and future-of-work readiness.

“Vidya brings a powerful blend of strategic vision and people-first leadership. As NuSummit expands across global markets, her ability to align culture with growth will be pivotal in driving our next phase of organisational excellence,” Anantharaman Sreenivasan, Managing Director and Group CEO of NuSummit, shared.

Prior to NuSummit, Thakur was a part of LTIMindtree, serving as the company’s Vice President and Global Head – HR from January 2017 to May 2025. From January 2017 to November 2022, she was with Larsen & Toubro (L&T) Infotech as Global Head and Vice President – Global Talent Strategy.

Thakur has also worked with Tech Mahindra Business Services in the past, serving as General Manager – HR and Organisation Development from February 2012 to December 2016. Her previous workplaces include Red Brick Consulting, Fidelity, Steria, Convergys, and Aptech.
