Atrangii Network has appointed Kalpan Desai as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

For over four years, Desai worked with Sony Pictures Networks India. He joined the company in July 2019 as Associate Vice President of Human Resources and then became Vice President of Human Resources in April 2023, retaining the position until May 2024. Prior to that, he worked as Senior Talent Advisor for B2B Bank from December 2018 to February 2019.
Desai worked for Jana Small Finance Bank as Vice President and Head of Human Resources (West and Central) from September 2014 to July 2017. He was also the Head HRBP and Talent Acquisition for IndiaCast Media from May 2012 to September 2014. Desai was also a part of Viacom 18 Media, starting as Lead HR Business Partner & Corporate HR in April 2008 and then becoming Global HR Business Partner – India, USA, UK, and UAE in April 2011.
