DLF Hospitality has appointed Arti Raghava as its Vice President (VP) of Human Resources (HR).
For nearly two decades, Raghava has been involved in the hospitality industry. She is an expert in business strategy, planning, and execution. Her employee relations, talent acquisition, and change management skills will contribute significantly to DLF Hospitality. As the new VP of HR, she will oversee the HR functions for brands associated with DLF Hospitality, including DLF THRIVE, and iconic dining destinations such as MKT, Café E, and Cha Shi.
Prior to DLF Hospitality, Raghava was the HR Business Partner for India and Bangladesh at Emirates. In this role, she oversaw the HR operations of 10 locations within the Indian subcontinent. Ragahva was also a part of Marriott International for over 13 years. She joined the company in August 2009 as a Human Resources Manager and worked her way up to the ladder to become the Area Director of Human Resources for North India, Bhutan, and Nepal.
While at Marriott, Raghava led the HR operations of the assigned region, using her expertise in HR strategy and operations to “drive Key HR priorities for South Asia aligned to regional and local targets across multiple geographies for 35 + hotels in North India, Bhutan and Nepal.” Raghava has also worked with Park Plaza Gurgaon and Clarion Hotel in the past.
