Azizi Developments has promoted Parvathy Kumar to Head of Human Resources for Azizi Industrial, the Dubai-based developer’s manufacturing and construction arm. She moves up from Deputy Director of Human Resources at Azizi Developments.
It’s her third role at the company since she joined in October 2023.

Kumar described the promotion as “both an honour and an exciting opportunity to contribute in a more focused and meaningful way.”
In the new role, she’ll help steer HR strategy and manage workforce and people operations for the industrial business. She’ll also draw on her background in payroll and onboarding.
Before Azizi
Kumar has worked in UAE-based HR roles since 2014. Before joining Azizi, she was Assistant Manager, Payroll and Benefits at PureHealth, and earlier a Senior HR Specialist, Payroll and Operations at Multiplex, starting in September 2019. She also spent about three and a half years as a Human Resources Generalist at RE/THINK HQ in Dubai and two years as an HR Analyst at Arabtec Construction.
She started her career in Kerala, joining Castle & Cook, Cochin, as Assistant Manager, HR in April 2011, after internships at Tata Consultancy Services, Cochin Port Trust and Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce and an MBA in Human Resources Management from Rajagiri College of Social Sciences.
