Anusha Danamaraju will lead the people function at Nationwide as its new HR Director, joining the US-based financial services and insurance company as it builds and expands its operations in India.
The company, which has a 100-year legacy in financial services and insurance in the United States, has been steadily establishing its footprint in the country. The new role places Danamaraju within its leadership team as India operations scale.

Before joining Nationwide, Danamaraju was Senior Manager, HR Business Partner for Technology and Engineering at Providence India. Earlier in her career, she held HR roles at Udaan and at Infosys, with a focus on organisation development.
