Mallet E has joined HCA Healthcare India as head of human resources. He will be based in Hyderabad and will lead the organisation’s people function in India.
Mallet brings more than 19 years of experience in talent and human resources, with nearly his entire career spent at Deloitte. He joined the firm in April 2007 as an analyst in talent management and progressed through a series of roles: senior analyst in talent delivery from 2008 to 2010, assistant manager in talent delivery from 2010 to 2012, and manager as a talent business advisor from 2013 to 2015. He then moved into increasingly senior talent business advisor positions from 2015 to 2023. His last role, held from September 2023 to September 2026, was vice president and senior talent business advisor (HR) at Deloitte in Hyderabad.
Additionally, Malletr was the talent business advisor lead for Deloitte US-India Offices (USI), supporting Deloitte Technology US & Global and Enabling Areas. His specialisms included talent strategy, change management, setting up new teams in USI, shared-services transformations, leadership and career coaching, talent management and succession planning.

Earlier in his career, Mallet gained internship experience at HSBC Global Technology India in 2006-07 and at JPMorgan Chase in 2006.
