
Parviz Dhamodiwalla has been appointed Senior Vice President, Human Resources at Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, where she is leading HR for the company’s International Formulations Business across North America, Europe, Asia Pacific and Latin America. The appointment is effective June 2026.
Dhamodiwalla brings more than 22 years of global HR leadership experience, with expertise spanning talent management, organisational design, leadership development, HR business partnering and people transformation across the pharmaceutical, healthcare, financial services and consulting sectors.
Before joining Glenmark, Dhamodiwalla was Founder and CEO of RuBaSphere Consulting, a people-first HR consultancy she established in 2025 that focused on training, coaching, talent and leadership development, and succession planning. Prior to that, she served as Vice President, Human Resources at The Phoenix Mills Ltd in Mumbai.
A substantial part of her career was built over nearly 10 years with Johnson & Johnson, where she most recently served as Head of Human Resources, Consumer Health, North America, covering the US and Canada. Earlier assignments at the company included Head of Talent Management for Global Consumer Health and Global Consumer Medical Devices, Talent Director for Medical Device and Diagnostics across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and Talent Director for Medical Devices and Diagnostics in Asia Pacific, roles that took her across the United States, Switzerland and Singapore.
Before Johnson & Johnson, Dhamodiwalla was Head of Talent Management and Organisation Design for Global Technical Operations, Pharma at Novartis in Switzerland. Earlier still, she spent more than eight years with Standard Chartered Bank, progressing through organisation learning, training and HR business partnering roles, and finishing as Global HR Business Partner, Global Support Functions, based in London. She holds a qualification in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations and an MBA in HR from XLRI Jamshedpur.
