Manish Singh has been appointed Group Chief Human Resource Officer at Uniparts India, where he will lead people strategy and organisational transformation across the off-highway systems manufacturer’s operations.
The appointment took effect on 17 August 2026, following approval by the board on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and was disclosed to the stock exchanges under Regulation 30 of the SEBI listing rules.
Singh brings 23 years of professional experience spanning HR leadership, business partnering, talent acquisition, organisational development, HR transformation and workforce strategy, built largely across large manufacturing organisations. He joins Uniparts after a 14-year career with Blue Star Limited, where he progressed through several HR leadership positions.
Most recently, Singh served as General Manager, Human Resources at Blue Star, acting as a senior HR advisor to business leadership across unitary products, commercial air conditioning, research and development, and supply chain, with responsibility for HR digital transformation, workforce readiness and building a high-performance culture.
“14.3 years. One defining journey. 14th Aug 2026 marks my last working day at Blue Star Limited, a place where I learned, grew, led, and evolved,” Singh shared on LinkedIn. “It has been a remarkable journey, shaped by people, opportunities, challenges, and change. The true measure of this journey goes beyond numbers, systems, or milestones; it lives in the shared values, beliefs, relationships, and culture we built along the way.“
Before Blue Star, Singh spent more than four years as Manager, HR and Admin at Usher Group and over three years as Senior Officer with Sharda Group. He began his career on the technical side of industry, as Assistant Manager, Instrumentation at Nuchem Limited’s MDF Division, an operational grounding that preceded his move into human resources.
Singh holds an MBA in Human Resources from the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi, and a Post Graduate Certificate in Business Management from XLRI Jamshedpur. Company filings also list a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics. As Group CHRO, his mandate covers a globally distributed, export-facing workforce across Uniparts’ manufacturing bases in India and the US and its distribution network in Europe and North America.
