Aon, the global professional services firm, has appointed Ashvin Falcon as senior vice president, talent acquisition. He joins after nearly two and a half years as HR specialist with Prudential Insurance Brokers.
Falcon brings a career built almost entirely inside the insurance broking and staffing space. He began in 2002 as a research officer with Personnel Search Service Group, moved to GNV Resource Management as research executive in 2004, and joined Kelly Services as team lead in 2005. From there he moved into insurance broking, first as deputy manager-HR at Aditya Birla Insurance Brokers, then to Aon Global Insurance Brokers as manager-human resources in August 2012.
His path since has run through senior HR roles across the sector. He served as chief manager-talent acquisition at Alliance Insurance Brokers, returned to Aditya Birla Insurance Brokers in November 2018 to head talent acquisition, and came back to Alliance in March 2020 as vice president-HR, before his most recent stint at Prudential Insurance Brokers.
In his new role, Falcon will spearhead talent acquisition strategies to strengthen human capital investment across India, working with regional teams to align recruitment efforts with the firm’s growth objectives.
