A hundred HR professionals walked into a room built to celebrate them, and walked out having celebrated each other instead. That was the quiet twist at the heart of Renvora’s HR & Admin Recognition Evening 2026, an evening that brought HR leaders from across Delhi-NCR together for recognition, conversation, and a fair bit of learning along the way.
Recognition evenings can easily turn into a string of names called out to polite applause. This one didn’t. The room leaned into something more collaborative, where the people being honoured spent just as much energy cheering on the peers seated next to them. It set a different tone from the start, and that tone held through the night.
The event was realised with the efforts of Renvora’s Founders: Sagar Vashisth and Khushi Madaan.
Things kicked off with an icebreaker, but not the forgettable kind. HR leaders took turns sharing quick, unscripted thoughts on employee engagement, the kind of rapid-fire perspective-swapping that gets a room talking before the first formal session even begins. By the time the icebreaker wrapped, the crowd was already warmed into the evening’s real theme: engagement isn’t something you announce; it’s something you practice in the room.
That theme carried straight into the evening’s centrepiece, a panel titled “Employee Experience: The Heart of Business Growth.” Meenakshi, representing Symmunity, the event’s Community Partner, moderated the conversation. All four panellists had distinct vantage points on what employee experience actually means when business growth is on the line.
The panel didn’t stay a one-way broadcast for long. Attendees jumped in with questions throughout, turning what could have been a standard moderated discussion into more of a room-wide conversation. Ask a hundred HR professionals to weigh in on employee experience, and you’ll get a hundred different angles, and this crowd didn’t hold back.
That interactive thread ran through everything Renvora built into the evening. Beyond the panel, the event included activities designed purely to get attendees talking to each other and building connections that could outlast the night itself. It’s a fitting choice for an organisation whose event was, at its core, about engagement. Renvora didn’t just talk about engagement from a stage. It built an evening where the audience had to practice it.
In the end, that’s what set this recognition evening apart. The certificates and the applause mattered, but the real takeaway for Delhi-NCR’s HR community was simpler: the best way to teach employee experience is to give people an experience worth remembering.
ThePeoplesBoard attended as the official Media Partner of the event.
