TVH has expanded its Global Capability Centre in Pune with a new multi-level office floor at Phoenix Fountainhead, adding capacity for 150 employees and taking the centre’s total seating capacity to 400. The Belgium-headquartered material handling and industrial equipment major announced the expansion on July 13, 2026.

The additional space will let the Pune GCC accelerate work across engineering, digital products, data, enterprise technology and business support functions, while deepening collaboration with TVH teams across Europe, the Americas and Asia-Pacific. The new floor combines standard workspaces with an atrium-style innovation space for workshops and technical discussions, flexible collaboration areas, a gaming zone, and a fully equipped medical room.

“India continues to play a strategic role in TVH’s global operations, with our Pune Global Capability Centre supporting critical capabilities across technology, data, engineering and digital transformation,” said Vishal Rajani, Managing Director, TVH India. “This expansion reflects our long-term commitment to strengthening these capabilities by investing in the right infrastructure, talent and collaborative environment.”

TVH’s Pune GCC has become one of the company’s key global capability hubs since it was established, and Rajani has separately described it as being elevated to a third global hub for the company alongside sites in Belgium and the US, a shift he frames as moving from capacity and delivery toward capability and innovation. The centre anchors work in data, e-commerce and digital, market intelligence, and technical services, and TVH plans to expand the Pune team significantly by 2028.

The expansion adds to a broader wave of GCC investment in Pune, which industry trackers now describe as India’s fastest-growing GCC destination, offering costs 20 to 30 per cent lower than Bengaluru alongside a comparatively stable workforce. TVH India was also certified a Great Place to Work for the second consecutive year earlier in 2026, a recognition the company has tied to its investment in a people-first workplace.
