AGI Greenpac Limited has appointed Prem Viswanathan as Vice President, Human Resources.

In this role, Viswanathan will lead the company’s human resources function as AGI Greenpac advances its next phase of growth. His mandate spans talent acquisition and development, employee engagement, organisational capability building and alignment of human capital strategy with long-term business objectives.

Viswanathan brings 17 years of progressive human resources leadership across the FMCG, consumer goods, food and beverage, manufacturing and real estate sectors. He joins AGI Greenpac from Mrs Bectors Food Specialities Ltd. (Cremica & English Oven), where he served as Chief People Officer and was responsible for leading HR strategy for a workforce of over 5,000 employees.
Before that, Viswanathan was General Manager – Human Resources at Frigorifico Allana for over two years, driving strategic HR and organisational development. Over the course of his career, he has also held key HR leadership roles at Danone, Raymond Consumer Care and Oberoi Realty.
