Tropolite Foods has elevated Dr IVS Ranganath to the role of Chief Human Resources Officer. Ranganath, who joined the company in September 2025 as Vice President and Head of Human Resources, will now lead the people, talent and culture agenda across the organisation.
In his new role, Ranganath will be responsible for strengthening culture, deepening employee engagement and developing leadership capability across teams as the company scales operations in India and West Asia.
Ranganath brings over 27 years of HR experience across multiple sectors. He joined Tropolite Foods from Shriram Bioseed Genetics, the seeds division of DCM Shriram. Before that, he held senior HR roles at Signode India Limited, the industrial packaging company, and at telecom majors Aircel Limited and Idea Cellular, where he led talent and organisational development mandates. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources from Andhra University.
His career reflects expertise in organisational development, talent management and leadership pipeline building across high-volume, multi-location businesses, ranging from agritech and packaging to telecom.
