Neha Srivastava has joined MetricStream as Senior Vice President, Human Resources, bringing nearly two decades of experience in organisational transformation and people strategy to the Bengaluru-based governance, risk, and compliance software company.

In her new role, Srivastava leads the global HR agenda at MetricStream, working closely with the leadership team to drive growth, operational efficiency, and organisational resilience across the company’s SaaS and GRC businesses. Her focus areas include building a high-performance organisation that can scale across geographies, strengthening leadership capability, and embedding a performance-driven culture suited to a high-growth technology environment.

Announcing the move on LinkedIn, Srivastava spoke about the significance of the opportunity. “What drew me to MetricStream is the chance to build at scale, in a space where growth, resilience, and culture all matter equally,” she wrote, adding that she has always believed people strategy does its best work when it is deeply tied to the business rather than sitting on the sidelines.

Srivastava comes to MetricStream from LeadSquared, the sales execution SaaS platform, where she served as Head, People and Culture. Before that, she was Head of Human Resources at HighRadius, the fintech and AI-based order-to-cash automation company, where she drove HR strategy through a phase of rapid organisational growth.

Her career also includes senior HR leadership tenures at Boehringer Ingelheim, the Bombay Stock Exchange, JBCN International, and TTS, across which she built end-to-end HR transformation experience spanning talent strategy, performance management, and culture design across industries, including technology, finance, pharmaceuticals, education, and media.

Over the course of her career, Srivastava has been recognised among Forbes India’s Top 50 HR Leaders in India and has received recognition from the World HRD Congress. She is also a TEDx speaker. Academically, she holds a postgraduate degree in Comparative Mythology from the University of Mumbai and a master’s degree in Sociology from the University of Allahabad, bringing a multidisciplinary lens to her leadership approach.
