ServiceNow has promoted Stita Misra to Director, Talent Acquisition.
“Some news I’m still pinching myself over — I’ve been promoted to Director of Talent Acquisition,” Misra shared on LinkedIn, adding, “This promotion means more to me than a title. It’s proof that you don’t have to put your life on hold to grow your career — and that the right environment makes all the difference.”
Misra has been associated with ServiceNow since January 2024, when she was appointed as Senior Manager, GTM Talent Acquisition – India. In May 2025, she was promoted to APAC TA Leader – GTM & Corporate Functions.
Talking about her experience at ServiceNow, Misra shared that she” joined ServiceNow at what most would consider an unconventional time. Just three months in, I went on maternity leave — stepping into a new company and a new role while embracing the biggest change of my life. From the very beginning, this organisation showed me what an inclusive culture truly looks like. Looking back, I wouldn’t change a thing.”
Before she joined ServiceNow, Misra had been associated with VMware for over 7 years. She first became a part of the company in November 2016 as a Recruiter and then became Senior Recruiter in March 2019. Misra was promoted to the role of Manager, Talent Acquisition in August 2019 and then became Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition (India Head of Customer and Business Ops hiring) in June 2021. Additionally, from October 2013 to November 2016, Misra worked with Infosys as Senior Associate Lead, Talent Acquisition.
