Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) has promoted Meera Jagadish to the role of Senior Director and Regional Head of Human Resources for India and the Asia-Pacific and Japan (APJ) region, expanding her leadership responsibilities across the company’s HR operations.
Jagadish, who joined HPE in 2019, previously served as Senior Director of HR for HPE Networking and will now be accountable for HR strategy and people initiatives covering a workforce of more than 28,000 employees across 14 countries. In her expanded role, she will focus on aligning human capital priorities with business goals across engineering, research and development, sales, services, operations and corporate functions.
An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management and Technology, Jagadish began her career in human resources with Digimetrix Technologies before moving to roles at Accenture and SiRF Technology. She later joined Magma Design Automation as HR manager and subsequently became Director – Human Resources at Aruba, part of Hewlett Packard Enterprise, reported HRKatha.
Her elevation reflects HPE’s continued investment in leadership development and people-centric strategies as the company navigates growth and transformation across its global businesses.
