Ullas Ks has been promoted to the role of Senior Director, Head Talent Acquisition, Technology Consulting and University Hiring, South Asia at IQVIA.
In his expanded role, Ullas will oversee regional talent acquisition programmes across technology consulting and university hiring functions, driving strategies to strengthen workforce capabilities and future-ready talent pipelines across South Asia.
Ullas brings over a decade of experience at IQVIA, having progressed through a series of strategic leadership positions, including Director, Head Talent Acquisition Technology, Analytics, Consulting & Campus (GCC – South Asia) and Associate Director – Talent Acquisition, Technology (GCC) & Campus Head – India.
His broad experience within the organisation has shaped his deep understanding of recruitment dynamics, technology hiring, and campus engagement.
Before joining IQVIA, Ullas held key talent acquisition roles at global firms including GE, Alstom, and ManpowerGroup, where he developed expertise in recruitment strategy and talent sourcing across diverse industry sectors.
