Balkishan Sharma has been elevated to Chief Human Resources & Business Transformation Officer at Paras Health, taking on an expanded leadership role that combines people strategy with enterprise transformation.
In this capacity, he will oversee organisational culture, workforce capability, and business transformation initiatives, with a focus on aligning HR priorities with the hospital network’s long-term growth and operational goals.
Before this elevation, Sharma served as Senior Vice President and Head – HR Operations at Max Healthcare, where he managed HR operations across eight hospitals and supported a workforce exceeding 10,000 employees.
His earlier leadership experience includes roles at BLK-Max Super Speciality Hospital and Fortis Escorts Heart Institute, where he led talent management, compliance, and large-scale HR transformation programmes.
With over two decades of experience in healthcare HR, Sharma brings deep expertise in organisational development, performance management, and change leadership, strengthening Paras Health’s leadership bench as it advances its next phase of expansion and operational excellence.
