Amrita Shetty has been elevated to Director of Recruiting, India & ASEAN at Salesforce, marking a key leadership advancement in her nearly two-decade career in global talent acquisition.
In her expanded role, she will drive regional recruitment strategy across India and ASEAN, aligning hiring priorities with Salesforce’s growth plans while overseeing talent acquisition across sales, distribution, and corporate functions.
Shetty will work closely with business leadership to strengthen workforce planning, talent intelligence, and leadership pipeline development across competitive regional markets.
Before this elevation, she served as Director, Recruiting, GTM India at Salesforce, where she led end-to-end hiring for Go-to-Market and corporate teams, enhanced recruitment governance, and advanced inclusive hiring initiatives.
Before joining Salesforce, she held senior talent acquisition leadership roles at Gartner and Thomson Reuters, contributing to the development of regional recruiting capabilities and supporting large-scale organisational transformation programmes across South Asia. Her elevation underscores Salesforce’s continued investment in building scalable and diverse talent ecosystems across key growth markets.
