Deloitte has promoted Santosh Iyer to Vice President, Talent Acquisition of Enterprise Solutions.
In his expanded role, Iyer will continue to lead enterprise-level talent acquisition, with a particular emphasis on experienced hiring across tax technology and compliance services for international markets.
Over the course of his tenure at Deloitte, he has progressed through key leadership roles, including Associate Vice President and Executive Manager – Talent Acquisition, where he was instrumental in strengthening global recruitment frameworks and delivery models.
Before joining Deloitte, Iyer was associated with KPIT Cummins Infosystems Limited, where he built a solid foundation in talent acquisition and workforce planning. With deep expertise in global hiring and enterprise talent strategy, his elevation positions him to play a larger role in shaping Deloitte’s talent agenda going forward.
