TP, formerly known as Teleperformance, has promoted Rohit Chadha to the position of Director of Learning and Development.

Chadha has been associated with TP for over 14 years. He first joined the company in October 2011 as a Technical Specialist. This was followed by Chadha becoming Lead Technical Specialist in November 2012. In August 2013, he was assigned as a Subject Matter Expert.
From July 2014 to April 2017, Chadha served as an Assistant Manager, and from May 2017 to May 2019, as a Deputy Manager. In June 2019, he was given the role of Manager Learning Development, which he held until February 2022. Since January 2022, Chadha had been serving as Senior Manager, Learning Development, until his recent promotion.
Chadha has a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification as well as a Great Manager certification.
