Avaada Group announces the appointment of Misha Bisht as Head of Talent Management. In the new role, Bisht will lead enterprise-wide talent initiatives, strengthen leadership pipelines, and align people capabilities with the company’s growth and sustainability goals.
She has over 18 years of experience and brings extensive expertise across learning and organisational development, performance management, career and succession planning, high-potential talent development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
Before joining Avaada Group, she served as General Manager of Talent Management, Learning and Development at Jakson Group, where she designed robust talent architectures and leadership programs.
She has also held progressive HR leadership roles at KALPATARU Power Transmission Limited and began her career at UFLEX Group, gaining a strong foundation in core HR operations.
An alumna of Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development, Bisht’s appointment underscores Avaada Group’s commitment to nurturing future-ready leaders and fostering a sustainable, high-performance culture.
