Sonoco Performance Hub has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Shilpa Kankaria as Head of Human Resources. In this role, Kankaria will play a central part in aligning the company’s human resources strategy with its broader business objectives, supporting organisational growth, and driving initiatives that reinforce a strong, people-first culture across the organisation.
Kankaria brings extensive HR leadership experience, having held senior roles at Hexagon R&D India, XPO, Accenture, and the Tata Group. Over the course of her career, she has successfully led programs spanning talent management, organisational development, HR strategy, and large-scale transformation initiatives. Her experience managing complex, multicultural workforces equips her to address the dynamic challenges of today’s corporate environment and foster employee engagement at all levels.
