Olive Green Consulting has appointed Raveesh S as Head – HR Advisory & Capability Building.

With over 13 years of experience, Raveesh specialises in building high-performing, future-ready organisations through strong expertise in HRBP, talent acquisition and corporate HR. He is well-versed in driving HR strategy, shaping people processes, and aligning HR frameworks with business goals to build scalable, effective talent ecosystems.
Prior to joining Olive Green Consulting, Raveesh was a part of MS Agarwal Foundries. From July 2024 to November 2025, he served at the company as Senior Manager – Corporate HRBP & Lead TA.
In November 2020, Raveesh joined JMC as a Senior Manager – HR and held the role until July 2024. He was also associated with Metopolis Healthcare from February 2020 to June 2020 as a Human Resources Manager. Raveesh was also the Founder & Principal Consultant for Hireyne from January 2015 to February 2020.
From November 2013 to November 2014, Raveesh worked for Randstad India as Manager HRBP & Talent Acquisition. He was also associated with Wipro from November 2011 to November 2013, first as an HR Business Partner – Strategic Sales, and later promoted to HR Business Partner – BFSI in June 2013. Additionally, Raveesh has worked for TUI and IBM Global Process Services.
