Greenply has elevated Nagendra Acharya to the role of Group Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), reinforcing its senior leadership as the organisation continues to scale its people and culture agenda.
Acharya brings deep institutional knowledge to the role, having spent nearly 14 years with Greenply across a range of HR leadership positions.
Before joining Greenply, he served companies such as IBM, Tech Mahindra and EXL in various leadership roles.
His earlier responsibilities also included leading Pan-India administration and driving trade partners’ loyalty programmes, giving him broad exposure across workforce management, operations, and stakeholder engagement.
In his new capacity as Group CHRO, Acharya is expected to focus on aligning HR strategy with Greenply’s long-term business objectives, strengthening leadership capability, and building a future-ready workforce across the group’s businesses.
