JSW Energy has elevated Shalu Sood to the role of Head of Corporate HR, Talent and Strategic Initiatives, marking a key leadership development within the company’s people function.
Based in Mumbai, Sood will continue to drive enterprise-wide HR strategy, with a focus on strengthening performance culture, advancing talent and leadership initiatives, and supporting large-scale organisational transformation aligned with JSW Energy’s evolving business priorities.
Sood brings extensive cross-industry HR experience to the role, having held leadership positions at Sterlite Technologies Limited, Cadila Pharmaceuticals, Reliance Broadcast Network, and Vodafone.
Over the course of her career, she has led complex people transformations across sectors, including telecom, media, pharmaceuticals, and technology, with deep expertise in talent architecture, mergers and acquisitions integration, leadership development, and diversity, equity and inclusion.
Her elevation reflects JSW Energy’s continued emphasis on people-led growth as the company advances its long-term expansion and transformation agenda.
