Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has promoted Prerna Sinha to Head HR – Cyber Security Business Group, effective November 2025.
“I have moved into the role of Head of HR – Cyber Security Business Group at TCS. In a world where digital trust is critical, building strong, future-ready cyber talent is more important than ever,” Sinha shared on LinkedIn. “I look forward to partnering with business and leadership teams to drive capability, culture, and growth — and to enable the people who protect the digital enterprise.”
Sinha has been associated with TCS for over 18 years. She started working for the company in May 2007 when she was appointed as Talent Engagement/HR Executive. This was followed by Sinha being promoted to Head – Experienced Professionals Hiring Pune Region, Talent Acquisition in January 2011.
In September 2016, Sinha was given the role of Head – Experienced Professionals Hiring, India. Later, in December 2018, she became the HR Head for the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance Business Units. Sinha held the latter role until her recent promotion.
In the past, Sinha has also been associated with Patni Computer Systems. She has a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) in Human Resources from the Institute of Management Development & Research, Pune.
