Global SaaS lending firm Biz2X, a subsidiary of Biz2Credit has appointed Narendra Singh Chandel as the Vice President and Head of Human Resources. In this role, Chandel is expected to lead the people agenda of the company with a focus on organisational capability and leadership development.
With 20 years of experience, he will be responsible for talent acquisition, performance management, leadership development and employee engagement.
Before this, he held leadership roles in TCS, Ingenuity Gaming, and Newgen Software.
About the appointment, Chandel said that he aims to modernise people processes and enhance the employee experience while supporting Biz2X’s AI-powered workforce transformation, all while safeguarding a culture grounded in collaboration and high performance.
Commenting on the appointment, Rohit Arora, Co-Founder & CEO of Biz2X and Biz2Credit, said the company’s ability to scale teams and leadership will be a critical differentiator in its international expansion. He added that Chandel’s background in building structured and agile HR functions will help accelerate Biz2X’s AI-led people strategy in 2026.
