NAB has promoted Mukesh Gulati to Senior Vice President, Talent Acquisition.
“Stepping into my new role as Senior Vice President at NAB—thankful for the journey and energised for the road ahead,” Gulati shared on LinkedIn.
Gulati joined NAB in February 2023 when he was appointed as Vice President of Talent Acquisition. In this role, he led talent acquisition and drove hiring strategy across lateral and early talent segments. Gulati spearheaded the establishment of the talent acquisition function from the ground up, including designing and implementing scalable recruitment frameworks, governance models, and performance-tracking systems.
Prior to NAB, Gulati was associated with Siemens. He joined the company in April 2018 as Talent Acquisition Lead. He served in this capacity for Siemens Energy, Dresser-Rand, Siemens Logistics, and Controlling & Finance Assurance (CFA). Previously, Gulati was the Talent Acquisition Lead for Siemens Gas & Power, Siemens Mobility, and Siemens Airport Logistics.
For over 10 years, Gulati was a part of Mancer Consulting Services. He joined in October 2008 as Consultant/Team Leader/Manager and became Practice Manager in April 2013. This was followed by Gulati being appointed as Practice Leader in April 2014 and as Practice Head – Recruitments in April 2015. From April 2016 to April 2018, she worked for the company as Practice Head & Senior VP – Recruitment.
