KPI Partners has promoted Binoy Aravindakshan to the role of Director, Learning and Development, strengthening the global analytics and digital transformation firm’s commitment to talent growth and capability building.
In his expanded role, Binoy will lead strategic learning initiatives that underpin KPI Partners’ vision for workforce readiness in data engineering, analytics, cloud and emerging technologies.
Binoy has been a driving force behind the establishment of the KPI Academy, a structured learning ecosystem designed to equip professionals with future-ready skills that align with business growth and client needs. His leadership has been integral to scaling early-career and lateral talent pipelines, ensuring that learning strategies support KPI Partners’ expanding global footprint and innovation agenda.
Before joining KPI Partners, Binoy held senior leadership positions in learning at Tiger Analytics, LTI, and Pegasystems. In these roles, he led large-scale reskilling and certification programs, forged academic and industry partnerships, and expanded campus engagement programs that strengthened analytics and digital talent readiness across organisations.
Binoy holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) from Xavier Institute of Management (XIM), Bhubaneswar, and brings deep expertise in enterprise learning transformation to his new role. This combination positions him to drive KPI Partners’ L&D strategy into its next phase of growth and innovation.
His appointment comes at a time when KPI Partners is actively investing in talent and innovation, including partnerships with academic institutions and expansion of delivery centres, to meet the rising global demand for analytics, AI, and data engineering expertise.
