nCircle Tech has appointed Padmapriya Venkatesan as Head – HR.

I’m looking forward to partnering with the leadership team and colleagues across the organisation to strengthen our people practices and support the company’s growth,” Venkatesan shared on LinkedIn. “Grateful for the trust and opportunity—ready to take on this responsibility with focus, empathy, and commitment.”
Prior to nCircle Tech, Venkatesan was with Neilsoft from January 2024 to January 2026 as Head HR – Products. She had first joined Neilsoft in January 2011 as Manager HR and held the role until July 2017. From July 2017 to June 2022, she served as Head HR for the company.
“Last week marked the close of an important chapter—my last working day at Neilsoft. Looking back, I’m truly grateful for everything this journey brought: learning, growth, and relationships that shaped me both professionally and personally,” Venkatesan stated in a farewell post.
“I’ll miss the people the most—the teamwork, support, laughter, and the small conversations that made even the busiest days easier. Thank you to everyone who guided, challenged, and trusted me along the way. You made Neilsoft feel like more than just a workplace. Signing off with gratitude and many great memories. New chapter loading—excited for what’s next! Let’s stay connected.”
In the past, Venkatesan has also worked for Capgemini. From June 2010 to December 2010, she worked as a part of the company’s HR team.
